Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of aidramamaker.com and the AI Drama Maker services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Credits, subscriptions and refunds

• Generations are paid for with credits. Credit costs are shown before you confirm a render.
• Subscriptions renew monthly and grant a monthly allowance that does not roll over. One-time packs do not expire. Subscription credits are spent before pack credits.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Switching to a higher plan charges the price difference immediately; switching to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
• Credits are returned automatically when a render fails for reasons outside your control. Credits are not refunded for renders you dislike, and credits have no cash value.

Content rules

You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that:

• is sexual, or sexualises anyone, or depicts minors in any inappropriate way;
• harasses, threatens, defames or impersonates a real person;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent;
• promotes violence, hatred or illegal activity;
• infringes someone else’s rights.

Prompts, sheets and uploads are screened automatically. Flagged renders are kept private; repeated or serious violations lead to account suspension. Public scenes can be reported by other users and may be hidden after review.

Your content and license

You retain ownership of the descriptions, sheets, prompts and images you provide, and of any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content, to the extent permitted by applicable law. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, reproduce and display your content as needed to operate the Service, and, for scenes you publish to the showcase, to display them publicly until you make them private or delete them. You are responsible for how you use your output and for complying with the laws that apply to you.

The Service

Output is generated by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unexpected. Reference images and sheet text steer the models but do not guarantee identical results. We may change models, pricing and features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practical.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections about ownership, disclaimers and liability survive termination.
