This Privacy Policy explains what information AI Drama Maker (“we”, “us”) collects when you use aidramamaker.com and the services available on it (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and a unique identifier. We assign you a display name for public content.
- Content you create. Character descriptions, character sheets, world bible text, scene prompts, images you upload (outfits, locations, props, photos for freeform clips) and the videos and images generated for you.
- Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer identifier, plan status and credit balance; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage information. Standard server logs and privacy-respecting page analytics (page views and referrers). We do not run advertising trackers.
AI Data Processing
To provide the Service, AI Drama Maker sends your text, images, video, and other input to third-party AI platforms for processing. These platforms currently include Google, OpenAI, and Replicate. Your prompts, character sheets and world bible text are sent for moderation and for generating images and video; uploaded images are sent for moderation and as references for rendering. These providers process the data to return results to us and are not permitted to use it to market to you. Please avoid including personal information about yourself or others in prompts or sheets.
How we use information
- To run the studio: generate portraits and scenes, keep your library, and track credits.
- To moderate content, enforce our terms and respond to reports.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests sent to [email protected].
Public content
Scenes are private by default. If you choose to publish a scene to the showcase, its video, poster, prompt, cast names and your display name become visible to anyone, including search engines, until you make it private or delete it. Clips made from an uploaded photo can never be published.
Sharing
We share information with the AI platforms named above, with Stripe for payments, with our hosting and storage providers (Google Cloud and Vercel), and when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and deletion
Library items, sheets and scenes stay in your account until you delete them. Uploaded source images that fail moderation are made inaccessible immediately. To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected]from the address you signed in with.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
